The slightly uneven floors, walls and staircase are testament to its long history.
Although it looks small from the front it is big inside and offers a relaxing stay for couples or a family wanting to be in a great location not far from the best beaches in North Norfolk.
Willow Cottage is furnished to a high standard with an eclectic mix of contemporary and vintage furniture and with artefacts that the owner has collected over a number of years.
The wood burning stove is perfect for cosying up in front of during winter evenings, while the garden will positively enchant you on warm sunny days when you can soak up the sun’s rays, or find a shady spot in which to dine alfresco.
Split into two, the garden runs down to the River Burn and has an enclosed area which is safe for dogs and children.
Towards the end of the garden is a shed, perfect for the little ones to play, filled with games and beach essentials.
The decked area which backs onto the stream is an idyllic and tranquil spot in which to sit on a summer’s evening with a glass of wine or two.
