On the ground floor, the living is L-shaped and open-plan, with a snug seating area with dual aspect views of the harbour and sea.
To the other side of this spacious room is a fabulous top spec kitchen and dining area, with a television and gas effect wood burning stove, and views of the sea, which looks absolutely spectacular at high tide.
Even the cloakroom, with off black decor, is worth a visit just for its glamorous vibe.
Up the stairs on the first floor is the main sitting room, a large triple aspect room with views to die for all around, again with a gas effect wood burning stove available to warm the room, while you sit and gaze at the view.
On this floor is the striking master bedroom, with an interrupted coastal view you can enjoy from the bed with your morning cup of tea.
The adjoining bathroom is glamour personified and worthy of a film star.
From the first floor landing a door opens to a south facing small decked terrace, somewhere quiet to sit and enjoy the sun.
Taking the second set of stairs up to the top floor leads you to three further bedrooms (two king-size and a double), all with a variety of sea views, and a second sumptuous bathroom with large walk-in shower as well as a large freestanding bath tub.
Outside, across the entrance courtyard, is a utility room with laundry area and a shower room off – ideal for when you return from the beach to shower down and put your beach towels on to wash.
And with the availability of private parking too!
Wells-next-the-Sea is a hub for North Norfolk coastal activities.
From the picturesque harbour (where crabbing is a must) you can either walk, take the narrow-gauge railway or drive to the spectacular beach with its famous array of colourful beach huts. Stop at the Beach Cafe afterwards for a drink and snack – you can also hose down a sandy dog!
Wells has a pretty, leafy green peaceful square,The Buttlands, which is surrounded by fine Georgian buildings. There is a bustling high street with all kind of independent shops, some lovely tearooms, great gastro pubs and restaurants.
This beautiful coastline is a top destination for birders and walkers all year round.
