The sitting / Dining room is pleasantly furnished with comfortable seating, wood burner, dining table with five chairs and seating for six people on window seats set into bay window overlooking the sea, this room leads to the well appointed kitchen with double doors onto the private courtyard.

The view of the Pier and the houses around the crescent from Cromer East beach is one of the most painted and photographed views in fabulous Norfolk.
