Toad Hall is a converted village school house with many original features situated in the village of Burnham Deepdale, close to Burnham Market and Brancaster beach.
Perfect for family gatherings, this dog-friendly property boasts a spacious sitting room with vaulted beamed ceiling and cosy wood burning stove, ideal for relaxing on cooler nights; and a large beamed kitchen/dining room, perfect for socialising.
On warmer days the french doors open into the pretty gated garden for summertime dining and barbecues.
There are four bedrooms in the cottage, three downstairs which all have vaulted ceilings. Upstairs, on the first floor is the large master bedroom with a beautiful leaded glass window overlooking the garden and a large family bathroom.
The garden is accessed through wooden gates which are set back off the main village road.
The pretty courtyard garden is bordered by hedging, shrubs, and flint walls and there is a patio with table and chairs, barbecue and a grassed area.
This traditional flint house has off road parking for up to four cars and is in a superb location, with a small supermarket and an array of shops just a stone’s throw away.
The renowned White Horse pub/restaurant and family-friendly Jolly Sailor pub (voted best family pub/restaurant recently) is within easy walking distance, as is the harbour and the salt marshes.
Wonderful location for walks and investigating the local area. Loved all the quirkiness of Toad Hall, the room layout was perfect for us, and the kitchen well stocked. Boot room was great for the dogs.

Beautiful cottage in a great village with a shop, cafe and pub a short walk away. Couldn’t of asked for anything better. Would definitely go back.
