This fabulous luxury holiday home is just perfect for escaping from it all while wishing to be close to explore beaches at Heacham and the lovely North Norfolk coast.
Masses of windows to the front of the property overlook a fish-filled pond and beautiful Italian style terraced garden. Cosy up in the large sitting room and curl up on the large sofas with a good book or just gaze out of the window into the garden.
The huge wood burning stove means you’ll be toasting and warm during winter months, whilst a huge beam runs the length of the barn, which was salvaged from London’s docklands!
There is a huge TV for film nights and sound system to enjoy to play your favourite tunes.
The stunning bespoke built kitchen is generously sized and included an electric cooker with induction hob. There’s plenty of workspace with an island, whilst the bi-fold doors lead you onto a small private and secluded terrace to the rear where you can enjoy breakfast alfresco beneath the rising sun.
A lovingly converted Old Stables block, it boasts gorgeous wooden and stone flooring throughout the ground floor and four spacious bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three fantastic bathrooms upstairs, one of which is ensuite.
Adults and children alike will love the games room, where you can enjoy a game of pool or relax and watch TV on your own. There is also a galleried landing overlooking this room which is ideal if you want to slip away and have some me time.
An amazing stay! The Stables was excellent for our stay , 4 couples for a college reunion it was perfect . It was a delightful house to stay in which was warm cosy and welcoming . The decor was tasteful too . We had s lovely stay ,thank you

We have had a great break here at The Stables. Family of 9 including 5 and 10 year olds. Beautiful house that has been finished to a very high standard. Spent a lot of time in Hunstanton and Norfolk Lavender to keep kids entertained. Thank you for having us.

Heacham village has an historic link wih the Indian Princess Pocahontas, which is celebrated by a memorial in the church.
Also the home of Norfolk Lavender it has two beautiful beaches and thriving local community with shops and pubs/restaurants.
Well located for visiting many attractions, including numerous nature and bird reserves, it also provides easy access to the coast path and rural walks. Heacham’s poppy and lavender fields are a spectacular sight when they are in full bloom, so whether you’re a walker, beach lover, cyclist, bird spotter or just want to get away from it all, then this area of the coast is the perfect choice.
