The house is ideally situated in the quiet residential area of Church Plain at the bottom of High Street, the top of which joins the popular Staithe Street.
There is an enclosed private garden to the rear of the house, with patio, covered dining area with table, bench and six chairs. A summer house stores an extra fridge/freezer, beach and crabbing kit, a bike and garden chairs.
Parking is roadside on Church Plain where it should be possible for most of the year to park outside the house.
