On the ground floor you’ll find a shaker-style kitchen where everything is provided for cooking up a Norfolk feast of locally-sourced produce and with under-floor heating your toes will be delightfully warm.
Head upstairs and you will be greeted by a spacious first floor living space where you can enjoy snuggling into the soft sofas in front of the Smart TV on a winter afternoon, or on summer evenings, chill-out and listen to your favourite music. Open the doors onto the veranda and on a clear day you will catch glimpses of the sea. On this floor you will also find the first of the three bedrooms, two of which have ensuites.
On the second floor there are a further two pretty bedrooms including the master bedroom with ensuite where a deluxe King size bed will have you sleeping like a baby.
Windows to the rear of the property also provide distant views of the sea and allow light to flood in and there is even a telescope to stargaze on clear winter evenings.
Unusually for Wells-next-the-Sea you have off-street parking on the driveway right outside.
