About this home
With a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area and bi-fold doors opening up onto the pretty east-facing garden, there is plenty of space to relax inside and out.
The kitchen comes with an Everhot oven complete with electric hob, hotplate and three integrated ovens. Plate warmer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, wine fridge, Belfast sink, coffee machine and underfloor heating.
The connecting living area is roomy and good sized, a dual aspect room with ample seating, open fire and large flat screen TV with Sky.
The fully-enclosed rear garden is east-facing and features a paved patio area with table and chairs, a gas barbecue and a lawn area. With parking for two cars behind wrought iron gates, you can be sure that your little ones and four-legged friends are safe at all times too.
From The Little House you can enjoy some spectacular scenic countryside and coastal walks, making it perfect for a short break with friends and family or longer stay. Brancaster and the neighbouring village of Brancaster Staithe is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
