This idyllic and stylish single-storey barn conversion for two, with large garden and plenty of privacy, tucked away in a quiet village location close to Old Hunstanton.
This light and bright barn comes with a large open plan reception room which encompasses the kitchen, dining area and sitting areas.
Its contemporary designer kitchen is well-stocked and well-equipped for all your culinary needs and there are calming views through the French doors to the garden which wraps around the property.
The double bedroom at the far end of the barn has exposed brickwork and a modern feel and has en suite facilities, complete with roll-top free-standing bath.
Soak up the sun on the paved sitting-area which comes with table and chairs and spend lazy days in the large lawned garden which surrounds the barn.
While away the hours watching the wildlife; watch out for hares and rabbits, pheasants and partridges and you may just catch a glimpse of the skylarks or birds of prey as they rise over the surrounding fields.
Leveret is just a short walk from the renowned Gin Trap Inn in the village, which offers the opportunity to sample over 100 gins from around the world and some fabulous local home-cooked food.
Private off-road parking for one car directly in front of the barn behind a five bar gate.
Wonderful at The Leveret. The Leveret was the most idyllic, comfortable, clean cottage we have stayed in for many a year. Richard and Julia the owners could not have been more helpful. We rebooked for next year while there. That says everything - 5 star accommodation.

Leveret is only two miles from beautiful Old Hunstanton beach where you can walk, sunbathe and play golf at its famous Links course. Equally there are many footpaths surrounding Ringstead from which you can explore.
Don’t miss the opportunity to walk over the Ringstead downs and along the Peddars Way or the coastal path. The RSPB bird reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham are only a short drive away too as are the beautiful north, west and east Norfolk coastlines and HM The Queen’s main residence, Sandringham.
Enjoy sampling the delicious Norfolk delicacies such as samphire, crab, lobster, sea bass, mussels and oysters, all freshly caught or harvested along this beautiful coast and served in the numerous local restaurants which populate the local area.
