The Cart Shed is an awesome luxury self-catering holiday home, set in an unrivalled position in the rolling Norfolk countryside yet within easy reach of the coast.
Converted from a fine nineteenth century field barn, and nestling in a valley amongst glorious, rolling countryside, The Cart Shed is a beautiful mix of contemporary and eclectic, with natural chalkstone walls, generous amounts of glass, oodles of style and interesting art.
Stylish contemporary country design probably best describes the effortless charm of The Cart Shed, which sleeps eight people comfortably in four ground floor bedrooms.
Boasting two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cloakroom and utility room, large kitchen/diner and sitting room, this spectacular, split-level space offers a wonderful stay for a couple seeking beauty and tranquillity in equal measure, or a family or group of friends wanting to enjoy special times together.
Adjoining the owner’s barn, but affording total privacy, this large but very welcoming property runs the length of the private courtyard and features huge sliding glass doors which literally bring the outside in.
For children there is unlimited space to roam and cycle, and probably the best located ground level trampoline in North Norfolk! With plenty of parking for four cars, a caretaker on site and vast rural views, what more could you want?
So if you are looking for a unique hideaway and something very special this summer, then this may well be the perfect place to stay… your only regret will be wishing you’d booked longer.
The Beautiful Cart Shed. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Cart Shed. The property is stunning and fitted with all amenities. Ed, the gentleman who lives nearby is very friendly and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this as the perfect North Norfolk retreat.
