The outside of the barn is really where the magic happens, with a luxury hot tub, veranda and a large patio space with garden furniture to enjoy your alfresco meal.

There is a recessed fire pit area with seating to spend quality time together catching up, as well as space for games for those with a bit more energy.

The property is found in the gorgeous Georgian market town of Holt which has something to offer for people of all ages.

The town is known for its independent shops, galleries, antique stores, and cafes so there is plenty of scope for shopaholics and foodies alike.

The North Norfolk coast is just 4.5 miles away and there are plenty of seaside villages and towns to explore such as Weybourne (4.5 miles), Sheringham (6 miles) and Cromer (9 miles).
