This pretty semi-detached cottage, comes with a large open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room with French doors opening onto two eating areas and there is plenty of space inside and out on the terrace to dine alfresco.

With a superb village shop two minutes walk away there’s no excuse either not to pop out for croissants and pastries in the morning.
There are several places to eat, including the family-friendly Lodge Hotel, Mariners Arms and the very special and divine Michelin-starred restaurant, The Neptune Inn.
This is the second time we have stayed in this property and hope to go again soon. This has been a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday in every way. The property, location and weather were all perfect. We had visits to Houghton House, Holkham Hall, Wells, Snettisham, Norfolk Lavender, Burnham Market and Brancaster. The evening walks to Hunstanton and around Old Hunstanton for food and drink were very enjoyable with an endless choice of venues, some with lovely sea views. This area of Norfolk is great with everything we could possible hope for and has long been a favourite holiday destination of ours.

Old Hunstanton is one of a few exceptions along the North Norfolk coast in that you can access the beach without having to trek over the salt marshes to get there!
The vast sand dunes and pretty beach huts make this an ideal family retreat, and for those who are more active there is a wide array of places to paddleboard, kayak, kite surf, play golf and tennis.
There are plenty of places to eat, all within walking distance including The Neptune Inn, The Lodge Hotel, The Mariners Arms and the traditional beach café which sits opposite the lifeboat station.
With the RSPB Titchwell nature reserve just a few miles away and the coastal path in easy reach, this is a great place to start your tour of North Norfolk.
Enjoy gentle rambles along the coast and countryside walks on warm summer days or autumnal bike rides along the quiet narrow lanes.
