Silver Dawn is a prestigious, detached, riverside holiday property and has been completely rebuilt offering contemporary waterside accommodation.
Located on the River Bure in the Norfolk Broads and has a large decked area and a lawned area leading to the waterside, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the boating activity.
The main living area comes with a 40″ Freeview TV, Bi-Fold doors leading to decked area.
Sleeping arrangements are:
Bedroom 1: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Patio Door Leading To Decked Area
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Double Shower en-suite.
Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower en-suite.
Bedroom 4: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower en-suite.
Large lawned garden with decked area, BBQ and garden furniture.
Mooring is available to the front and rear of the property, and having your own water frontage means fishing is literally on your doorstep (seasonal and licence required).
This is an ideal location to explore the popular villages and broads of Wroxham, Potter Heigham, Coltishall, Salhouse and Ranworth, which are all easily accessible with the 6-seater, private motor launch available on request directly with the owner at an additional charge.
Horning village, a picturesque broadland village with riverside inns, restaurants, a selection of small shops and tea shops, is just a couple of minutes away.
BeWILDerwood, an outdoor tree top adventure park makes a great day out for children, or there is Wroxham Barns just a short drive away.
Wroxham is known as the “Capital of the Broads”, with its selection of waterside cafés, restaurants and pubs.
Sandy beaches can be reached within 11 miles where you can experience the delights of the coastal villages.
Sailing, cycle hire, fishing and bird watching are all available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
