A fabulously, spacious three storey end terrace mews house in Holt forming part of an attractive crescent of properties that overlook an open green to the front.
An exclusive collection of traditionally styled properties on the outskirts of the beautiful Georgian town of Holt and benefits from a peaceful, relaxing environment with enclosed private landscaped garden.
Fitted out and equipped to a very high standard, this lovely property is comfortably furnished throughout.
There are three bedrooms over two floors (super-king, king and twin/super-king) and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. This is an ideal house for couples and friends looking to enjoy time away together but it’s also a family friendly property with travel cot, high chair and stair gate all available.
On the ground floor the sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa to sink into while you watch your favourites on a Smart television and DVD player.
The adjoining south facing dining kitchen has french doors leading out to a pretty courtyard garden – just the place to spend a peaceful afternoon, or enjoy al fresco dining in the summer. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer ‘eating in’ but, as you are rather spoilt for choice with so many fabulous places to eat, both in Holt and the nearby villages, you might be tempted to leave the cooking to someone else!
Naturally the house has full central heating, double glazing and great insulation so you will always be cosy whatever the time of year.
Lovely house in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank You.

Holt is a very pretty Georgian market town just three miles inland from the north Norfolk Coast. A popular shopping destination with an interesting selection of independent shops and galleries, as well as a small department store. There are numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants to tempt your taste buds.
Cley-next-the-Sea, just a short drive north, is a pretty village with a landmark windmill, art galleries, a fabulous deli and a tea room or two.
Silver Birches is a truly lovely spot for holidaymakers to enjoy around the year, whether you are looking for a short stay or longer break. It’s only a fifteen minute walk into Holt town centre, and Holt Railway Station is a mere one minute walk – take a ride on the Poppyline steam train to Sheringham, where you can connect up with the train to the cosmopolitan City of Norwich if you wish.
