Situated just a short walk from the town's bustling Quay in Wells-next-the-Sea, this former fisherman's cottage now offers contemporary, Scandi-style living with wonderful long distance coastal views from the top floor master suite.
Set over three floors this cottage has been fully modernised creating a light and airy contemporary interior offering holiday accommodation for friends and families alike in this popular seaside town on the North Norfolk coast.
There’s a spacious well-equipped dining kitchen, with a Smeg range that will cater for the needs of even the most demanding of chefs and hungry diners.
The adjoining sitting room with its large L-shaped sink-into-sofa is a cosy, chill out, ‘shoes off’ zone, ideal for spending an evening relaxing, catching up after spending a day outdoors or just enjoying a favourite series on the large widescreen television.
The three bedrooms (king-size, double and bunk room) are spread over two floors, with a bathroom available on each floor.
Outside there is a small enclosed courtyard with seating and a storage box large enough to take bikes, golf clubs, fishing rods- you name it!
This cool mid-terrace cottage is ideal for two couples, a small family or friends who like the idea of just stepping out of the door and finding everything is on hand.
Free roadside parking on nearby Clubbs Lane and Bases Lane, and some of the town’s other side roads as well as The Buttlands’ green. At busier times of year, there are pay and display car parks in the town.
Wells-next-the-Sea is a hub for North Norfolk coastal activities, from the picturesque harbour (where crabbing is a must) you can either walk, take the narrow-gauge railway or drive to the spectacular beach with its famous array of colourful beach huts.
Stop at the Beach Cafe afterwards for a drink and snack – you can also hose down a sandy dog! Wells has a pretty, leafy green peaceful square, The Buttlands, which is surrounded by fine Georgian buildings.
Staithe Street, the bustling high street, has all kind of independent shops, some lovely tearooms, great gastro pubs and restaurants and you’ll also find The Wells Maltings, North Norfolk’s Landmark Cultural Centre.
