With its pared-back mix of new and old, this modern cottage is the perfect base for a fabulous coastal holiday. It boasts fantastic sea views from the top floor and has been built in traditional brick and flint style with pantile roof.
The property has been thoughtfully designed and offers accommodation over three floors.
With a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with french doors leading to the garden, you will have fun cooking breakfast before heading out for a busy day exploring the area or a day on the beach.
The ground floor accommodation also boasts underfloor heating and there are two living spaces, one with flat screen television and Netflix (perfect when you just want to chill out).
Climb the stairs to bed and you will discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms with comfy mattresses, soft pillows and good quality linens, so sleeping will come easy.
There are two bathrooms on the first and second floor, and a small 4ft double bedroom on the ground floor with its own shower room.
All the rooms are light and bright making them perfect spots for lazy afternoons curled up with a book.
The outside space to the rear of the cottage is south facing so great for a barbecue and made for long summer nights with outside garden furniture and plenty of space to hang wet suits and store paddle boards after a late-night paddle.
There are two hard tennis courts a few minutes’ walk away, which are available to hire along with a well-equipped children’s play ground and playing fields which are accessed via the caravan park to the rear of the cottage.
