Gorgeous terraced holiday cottage located in the heart of the popular Georgian market town of Holt, close to the North Norfolk coast ready to explore.
The Experience
Offering stylish accommodation for up to four people, ideal for families or group of friends, this pretty cottage enjoys a fantastic location in one of Norfolk’s much-loved market towns, Holt.
From the outside this delightful cottage appears like any other well-maintained traditional terrace.
Once inside guests are able to see just how much care and attention the owners have put into sympathetically updating the property to create a beautiful property which is both stylish and light-filled. The first room that guests come to is the open-plan lounge/diner, a lovely room with well-chosen furnishings, a feature fireplace.
Beyond the lounge area, the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy leisurely meals and comfortably seats four guests. The kitchen, at the rear of the property, is just as well-finished as the rest of the house.
From the lounge/diner open onto a hidden staircase which leads up to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is a charming double room with en-suite shower and WC. The second bedroom is a gorgeous twin room, off from which two steps lead down to a second en-suite shower room.
To the rear of the property, there is an attractive garden which can be accessed from the kitchen and which offers a shingled path leading to a tranquil patio area with garden furniture.
To the front of the property the driveway has space to park one car.

We had a lovely week at Plum Tree cottage. Holt is an excellent location for exploring the North Norfolk coast, with its wonderful beaches and walks. The garden at the cottage is delightful and an added bonus.
