Tucked away on a quiet lane in a pretty village that sits on the edge of the Sandringham Estate, you are within easy reach of the coast and the many gems to be found in North West Norfolk.
Pretty as a picture, this charming annexe cottage is the ultimate idyllic hideaway for two close to the Norfolk coast and with two great pubs just a short stroll away.
Molly’s Den is a true delight – a relaxing and peaceful escape away from the stresses and strains of daily life.
Although it’s the perfect hideout for two, it’s just as welcoming for a solo traveller looking for some quiet time out.
On arrival, the clematis clad exterior and pretty blue windows set the scene. The light and airy country-style accommodation is laid out over two floors, with an open plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor, along with a shower room.
A cast iron spiral staircase leads up to the romantic bedroom above where you will find a luxurious super king bed dressed in Egyptian cotton linen. The bed can be split into full-size twin beds if preferred (please request desired option on booking).
The bedroom is flooded with light from windows to two sides and a velux window above. Half open the shutters on the large arched window and enjoy being woken by a gentle filtered light.
Outside the cottage, there is a courtyard garden with table and chairs, inviting you outdoors on sunny days to take a seat and enjoy a drink or bite to eat, while listening to the birds sing.
Calling out to walkers, birders, cyclists, golfers, beach and country house lovers and, of course, those of a romantic disposition – it’s all here for you to enjoy!
Roydon is a small village which originally formed part of historic Castle Rising and borders the royal estate at Sandringham where you can easily spend a whole day touring the house, the beautiful gardens and the museum.
It is just a few minutes from the A148 and A149, providing easy access to both the North Norfolk coast and the inland countryside.
As well as Roydon Common and Sandringham Country Park, the field footpaths and quiet lanes around the village provide a wide range of walks to enjoy.
