Weybourne, North Norfolk
A super, secret holiday cottage on the outskirts of Weybourne village on the North norfolk coast, tucked away down a private drive, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, coastal path and village amenities.
As the name implies, Mill End, forms part of a converted water mill which still has the mill stream running through the garden. The property retains many character features, with beams, vaulted ceilings and traditional Norfolk pamment flooring.
To take full advantage of the views to the sea and private nature reserve, the open plan living area with balcony is on the first floor, with the two bedrooms (double and twin) and bathroom on the ground floor.
The cottage interiors have recently been updated with colourful furniture and furnishings creating a contemporary, bright and fresh Scandi-style, which complements the building’s character and brings it to life.
The garden is a lovely spot to enjoy a relaxing afternoon, and the first floor balcony just perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property however because the mill stream runs through the garden at speed, small children (and dogs) must be supervised at all times.

Weybourne is a very pretty coastal village made up of flint cottages and set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a shingle beach popular with fisherman, and from here you can join the coastal path and enjoy a wonderful three mile cliff-top walk to the Blue Flag sandy beach at Sheringham, or walk into beautiful Sheringham Park or Kelling Heath.
