This beautiful cottage is located in a premier position on Mariners Hill in the village of Blakeney, a picturesque and very popular coastal village.

From the front door of this cottage on Mariners Hill, the first room that guests come to is the with its beamed ceiling and feature Inglenook fireplace, guests can make themselves at home on the comfortable sofa from where they can enjoy the estuary views, or simply cosy-up and watch a favourite programme on the TV.

Moving through to the charming kitchen/diner, an attractive room with a welcoming, homely feel to it. The dining table seats four guests, whilst the range of kitchen equipment includes a Range cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Wooden stairs from the kitchen lead up to the bedroom on the first floor, where guests will find an antique double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a prettily-tiled feature fireplace, as well as a recently refurbished en-suite shower room with power shower and WC.

The cottage also benefits from a new high pressure water system providing high pressure hot and cold water throughout and a new Monarch water softener.

Outside, to the rear of the cottage there is a private sunny south-facing patio garden for which there is garden furniture provided, offering guests a pleasant spot to sit out and enjoy relaxed al fresco dining.

There is unallocated roadside parking near to the cottage.
