Reputed to be the oldest property located on the historic Peddar’s Way, Hope Cottage is a pretty brick, flint and weatherboarded Norfolk ‘single-dweller’ cottage dating back to 1680.
It is undoubtedly one of the most perfect hideaway cottages, for those looking to escape from the outside world, yet is in easy walking distance of the beach and the village pub.
From the cottage there is direct access to the Peddar’s Way and North Norfolk Coastal Path and the NWT Holme Dunes and the sandy beach are both right on your doorstep too. So if you love getting back to nature and enjoy watching bird and wildlife, you will adore this place.
This cute cottage has plenty of downstairs space for you and your loved one to enjoy and the garden room is delightful in summer or winter, affording beautiful views of the garden.
The delightful bedroom is accessed via a traditional Norfolk winder staircase. The bed with its sumptuous linens promises a blissful uninterrupted night’s sleep, making it all the more tempting to enjoy a lazy lie-in or breakfast in bed!
