Holly Lodge is situated in a prime location on the leafy Georgian square ‘The Buttlands’ in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk coast, a spacious three bedroom, dog friendly holiday home.
Holly Lodge has been newly refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. It boasts a fabulous living area downstairs that allows the whole family to be together in one area.
The whole of the ground floor is open plan but is designed in such a way that each area is well defined and flows together to make a very good living space with two sets of french doors out to the secure garden to the rear and the whole house has a bright and airy feel.
Ideal for family get together or group of friends with three bedrooms, one a master, a spacious twin and the third with bunk beds.
The property is ideally situated on the edge of the Buttlands just one minute’s walk from Staithe Street which bustles with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
There is a small patio & lawned garden accessed through the double glazed doors in the reception room. The back garden is fully secure and private which is part walled and part willow fencing. The front garden is also enclosed but relies on the gates to the front of each property to be closed.
One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
Please note a maximum of four adults are welcome.
Parking is available without restriction on the Buttlands to the front of the property.
Third stay at Holly Lodge this year, that speaks for itself. My wife, two cairn terriers and myself are always happy there. The location is excellent and the ambiance terrific. Will be returning in very soon.

Wells-next-the-Sea is a popular destination around the year. A charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest.
From the picturesque harbour you can either walk, take the narrow-gauge railway or drive to the spectacular beach. Stop at the Beach Cafe afterwards for a drink and snack, and perhaps some clothes shopping.
Wells has a pretty, leafy green peaceful square,The Buttlands, which is surrounded by fine Georgian buildings.
A visit to Wells wouldn’t be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine.
