The spacious sitting room has lovely squashy sofas, a log burner to keep you super toasty and a large flat screen TV, with the of option of BT Sport, a DVD player and Sonos sound system, and is a wonderful place to relax, listen to music, chat the night away or catch up with your favourite film.
The four bedrooms are on the first floor (master with en suite, king size, twin and single with trundle) – all beds have quality mattresses and high thread count bed linen – along with a house bathroom (fluffy towels provided).
Perfectly located, with easy access to the beach and many great local eating places, you might not want to venture too far afield but, if you do, you can always just catch the Coasthopper bus that regularly runs through the village all year round, and it will take you to all the other wonderful villages along this beautiful coastline.

Brancaster is the neighbouring village of Brancaster Staithe and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With its big blue skies, wide sandy beaches, spectacular sunsets, salty sea air and wildlife this is a beautiful part of the world.
At the beach there is plenty of parking and facilities to buy refreshments, food and icecreams or simply walk the coastal path and you will be rewarded with breath-taking panoramic views across tidal marshes and if you’re lucky and walk left, you’ll see the seals frolicking in the lagoon between Brancaster and Titchwell. Titchwell which is in easy walking distance, is home to the famous RSPB Bird and nature reserve.
