There is a contemporary style kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area seating four and an adjoining seating area with a cosy wood burning stove.

Upstairs the master bedroom comes with a double bed and window overlooking the front of the property and its own en-suite shower room

Bedroom two also comes with a king size ‘zip and link’ bed which can be made up either as a king-size or as two 2ft 6′ small single beds. (Please state preferred option when booking).

The family bathrooms comes with a corner shower cubicle with electric shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The rear garden is fully enclosed and has a patio with seating area directly off the living area with table and four chairs, ideal for ‘al-fresco’ dining, and a large garden umbrella.
Three steps lead up to the raised area where there is also a rotary washing line and charcoal barbecue.

There is parking for two cars at the front of the Cottage on the shingled driveway.

The Sailing Club at Brancaster Staithe is approximately just one mile away and the bustling Georgian village of Burnham Market is approximately four miles, offering fabulous shopping and eateries.
