Steps lead up to the entrance to this property and you first arrive in the spacious entrance hall.
Immediately on your left is the dining room where can comfortably seat eight guests; patio doors lead from here out onto a balcony from which you can see the sea. Why not open the doors and let the summer breeze in whilst you dine with family and friends?
The large kitchen area is accessed from the dining room and, to cater for large groups at dinner time, you have use of two electric ovens and hobs, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.
There is a breakfast island in the middle of the kitchen which has three bar stools and another table and chairs for up to four guests.
The lounge is located opposite the kitchen and has two large sofas and two sofa chairs, along with a TV should you wish to catch up on your favourite shows.
There is a conservatory which you access from the lounge and this has a sofa and two arm chairs and a table.
Down the hallway is a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) with plenty of storage space and a TV.
Next is another king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request). and a further king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite shower room and WC. The family bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and has a bath with shower over and WC.
The master bedroom opposite completes the layout and this boasts a king-size bed along with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite with shower room and WC.
To the front of the property is a balcony area with garden furniture and to the rear of the property is a large enclosed garden with two sets of garden furniture offering guests plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun.
There is garage parking for two cars and off-road parking for one small car.
Set just above the town and only 200 metres from the centre of Cromer, this property has easy access to the local shops, pubs, cafes and bars.
The Norfolk Coast Path is close by, offering fantastic scenic walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages.
Other nearby attractions include Holkham Hall, Amazona Zoo, RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve, as well as the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall.
