Within the porch there is also a utility cupboard which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Leading through into the lounge area, you will find the perfect environment to unwind in, featuring two chairs and a sofa, as well as a Smart TV and a feature wood burner effect electric fire.
The hallway on the right leads you to the open-plan kitchen/diner, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is seating for up to four guests at the table and the contemporary kitchen boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Access the first floor from the kitchen, as you head up the stairs on your right is the wonderfully styled master bedroom featuring a comfortable chair, king-size bed and a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
Along from the master bedroom is the large family bathroom which has a hand-held shower over roll-top bath and WC, perfect to relax in after a long day out exploring Norfolk.

Heading outside to the front of the cottage from the porch area there is allocated off-road parking for one car.
