Nestling in a charming North Norfolk village close to Burnham Market, this beautifully renovated farmhouse offers fantastic accommodation close to the coast.
On entering this lovingly renovated Norfolk farmhouse, which retains many original features including exposed beams and flagstone floors, you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
With plenty of comfy seating, TV, and a large inglenook fireplace housing a warming wood burner, the cosy and welcoming lounge is a perfect space to relax in at the end of a lovely day.
You will also find a delightful dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a range oven and hob, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
Exploring the ground floor further you will find a comfortable double bedroom with a zip-and-link king-size bed, which can be made up into twin beds on prior request. French doors lead from the bedroom and out into the garden. There is also a ground-floor shower room with WC.
Going upstairs you will find two further cosy bedrooms: there’s a twin room with extensive views over the paddock and beyond, and a spacious double room with a king-size bed. You will also find a family bathroom with a roll top bath with hand held shower and an additional walk-in shower.
Stepping outside you will find a large enclosed south-facing rear garden, which is mainly lawn, with a patio with garden furniture, where you can relax, unwind and dine al fresco. A BBQ is also available.
You will also have the use of a one acre paddock beyond the garden. There is off-road parking available for two cars.
Beautiful renovated cosy comfortable cottage, with original features such as lovely light coloured beams and a superb inglenook fireplace. Every room was spacious and light with homely and tasteful decor, a credit to the owners who have worked extremely hard and lovingly to keep the character of this beautiful cottage which I did not want to leave.

North Creake is a very attractive village, three miles south of North Norfolk’s loveliest village, Burnham Market. Here you will find a traditional village pub, the Jolly Farmers and the old forge which is now run as a living museum of Blacksmith’s art.
North Creake is well-positioned for exploring the whole North Norfolk coast where you will find endless sandy beaches, walking opportunities and an abundance of wildlife.
The River Burn runs through the village, flowing into Burnham Overy Town and Burnham Overy Staithe and on the edge of the village you will find the fabulous Creake Abbey, a 12th century Augustine Abbey that was once a lower powerhouse, holding much wealth and influence.
