Superb holiday home in a Victorian village school in Burnham Market with super comfortable, luxury interiors and only a few minutes’ walk from the heart of the village.
Completely refurbished, 2 The Old School now offers the convenience of stylish, contemporary boutique living in a character building.
Enjoying a peaceful location in a cul-de-sac of just five properties, a private courtyard garden and lovely views of the pretty flint Norman Ulph Church, this fabulous, sophisticated property has much to recommend it.
Feature wallpapers, quality furniture, colourful soft furnishings, a well-equipped high end kitchen and bathrooms set the scene.
The ground floor has been redesigned by the owners to open up the living space and create a light and airy kitchen/dining and living area that now flows naturally from one side of the house to the other.
The double doors at the living end open to the courtyard garden and make the most of the captivating church view.
Upstairs are three opulent bedrooms (super king, king and double) spread over two floors, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
2 The Old School is the perfect spot for a romantic break, and will suit two to three couples looking for a short or longer break at any time of the year.
Families are also welcome to stay, although there is no equipment provided for small children.
Lovely property. The property exceeded our expectations on all levels, the decor and character of the property was wonderful. The view from the rear garden of the church and it's open bell tower summed up the areas feeling of old England.

Burnham Market is often regarded as the loveliest village in Norfolk and is close to the North Norfolk Coast. The village has a range of niche shops including a delicatessen, Tuscan farm shop, wine merchant, butchers, greengrocers, fishmongers, a chemist and various beautiful boutiques and lifestyle shops.
For intimate dining head to 20 North Street or if sharing plates and a take on English Tapas is your thing, then try Socius or stroll down to No.Twenty9 where they cook your food over an open fire pit imported from New York no less. The Hoste Arms offers plenty of charm and character and informal or fine dining and you can choose to eat in their front restaurant or outside in their garden.
