Bramley is an iconic property designed by the architect Robin Spence and built in 1971. Light and airy with a mix of contemporary fixtures and mid century furnishings.
The house has a wonderful sense of space. You are only a stroll from the beach at Old Hunstanton and if you are looking for somewhere a little different, look no further!
With floor to ceiling windows and skylights throughout this light and airy house has a wonderful sense of space.
With its open plan living area, it is the perfect place for socialising for a family, couples or a group of friends looking for a coastal escape.
Located on a private road you will find it a really peaceful place to relax after a day out on the vast sandy beach at Old Hunstanton, (only a 5-minute stroll away), or after exploring one of the many other attractions that Norfolk has to offer.
For the golfing enthusiasts, you are a walk away from the fabulous Hunstanton Golf Club with its stunning seaside Links course, and after a bracing round of golf you can satisfy your appetite and thirst at one of two local pubs or the Michelin starred restaurant (The Neptune), which are only a stone’s throw away.
The gardens are private and enclosed by fencing to the rear and mature hedging and a gate to the front, garden furniture, barbecue.
Parking in the driveway for two cars or one car and a boat.
Please note: Bramley sleeps four, but for a larger group, there is also the option of sleeping an extra 2 people on a good quality double sofa bed in the Sitting room. (There is an additional charge of £100 for this option – please request on booking).
The house was easy to find and is situated in a very quiet road within a stones throw of the beach and a number of lovely pubs and restaurants. The house had plenty of room for us all and great facilities with everything you could need for a stay away from home including a decent sized garden for the kids to play in. It provided a perfect base for exploring North Norfolk and was nice and relaxing to come back to in the evening. We would definitely recommend.
Old Hunstanton is a rarity along the North Norfolk coast in that you can get very close to the beach without walking a long way over the salt marshes! And they have the most amazing sunsets as it faces West.
Miles of sand, gentle sand dunes and beach huts make this a perfect family seaside holiday destination.
For the more active Old Hunstanton has become a mecca for Kite Surfing and Norfolk
