Located in the heart of the popular Georgian town of Holt, you’ll find cute cafes, restaurants, pubs, art galleries and antique shops aplenty right on your doorstep.
If you want to explore further afield – Holt Country Park, a twenty-minute walk or five-minute drive, has over 100 acres of woodland to discover.
The coast is also easily accessible by car – Cley-next-the-Sea is ideal for birdwatching, while Blakeney Point is a breeding site for grey seals – both are around ten minutes away.

There’s private parking for one car only, but there’s a public car park nearby. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome – the courtyard is fully enclosed. There are shops and pubs within a five-minute walk from this home.
