Bay Tree Cottage is located just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of one of Norfolk’s loveliest village Burnham Market and literally a stones throw from the North Norfolk coast.
Cosy, romantic, stylish and adorable and decorated in a soft palette of blues and warm grey’s, with white-washed walls and wooden floors, the property has been snugly filled with squashy sofas and a large love seat, positioned around a log burner.
Hidden away downstairs there is also a delightful bathroom with built-in bath with shower over to wash the sand and sea away plus a WC and sink and heated towel rail to warm your towels.
The super-sweet kitchen has all you could need during a self-catering holiday and although small is perfectly formed, with a small table and benches to eat at, the open stable door leads onto the rear terrace and long lawned garden with summer house beyond.
Upstairs there are two beautifully styled bedrooms, one with a luxurious King-size bed and feature fireplace with exposed brickwork and twin bedroom.
Outside you’ll find a very pretty garden with outbuilding housing a utility room with a second WC and sink plus washer/dryer.
There is also a very attractive summerhouse with deckchairs to catch the last of the evening’s rays.
Parking is to the front of the property on the road.
Love our stay and were very grateful for the outside utility for dealing with a very sandy, drenched, happy end of day Spaniel. The North coastal path and bird watching at Lady Anne Drive in Holkham and at Titchwell were such a treat.

A great mid-week break at Bay Tree Cottage. We were lucky with the weather and so made the most of the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Bay Tree is a lovely cottage - cosy and comfortable. We hope to see you again.

Burnham Market is often regarded as the loveliest village in Norfolk and is close to the North Norfolk Coast. The village is one of the seven ‘Burnham’s and has a range of niche shops including a delicatessen, Tuscan farm shop, wine merchant, butchers, greengrocers, fishmongers, a chemist and various beautiful boutiques and lifestyle shops.
There are also hard tennis courts and a fine parish church. The village is centred around a green of mainly Georgian houses and there are some fabulous restaurants for you to enjoy during your stay
