A charming traditional brick and flint Georgian holiday cottage, located just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the ever popular village of Burnham Market.
Arch Cottage is so handy for local amenities, chic shopping and fabulous restaurants as well as easy access to the stunning local beaches.
A popular holiday cottage for many years, the cottage was refurbished in 2018, and now enjoys a modern heating system and brand new bathroom, along with some fresh decor and furnishings.
The cottage presents as a very elegant and comfortable character cottage that really is a perfect bolt hole to escape to at any time of the year.
On the ground floor, there is an invitingly cosy sitting room, a well-equipped spacious breakfast kitchen and a super dining conservatory that overlooks a south facing pretty courtyard garden.
There are three bedrooms (double, twin and a large single) on the first floor, along with two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The cottage also has the benefit of garage parking available for one car; a distinct advantage in this busy village.
Arch Cottage has a very welcoming feel and all manner of holidaymakers; couples, friends, a small family, will enjoy a relaxing break at this super Norfolk hideaway.
Please note; This property is not available for short breaks. Friday to Friday, 7 nights min booking.
Cosy and beautifully equipped. We immediately felt at home when we arrived in Arch Cottage. It was warm and cosy and spotlessly clean, newly decorated with modernised bathrooms and an excellent heating system. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed linens and towels were of a high standard which contributed to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our week.

Burnham Market is often regarded as the loveliest village in Norfolk and is close to the North Norfolk Coast. The village has a range of niche shops including a delicatessen, Tuscan farm shop, wine merchant, butchers, greengrocers, fishmongers, a chemist and various beautiful boutiques and lifestyle shops.
For intimate dining head to 20 North Street or if sharing plates and a take on English Tapas is your thing, then try Socius or stroll down to No.Twenty9 where they cook your food over an open fire pit imported from New York no less. The Hoste Arms offers plenty of charm and character and informal or fine dining and you can choose to eat in their front restaurant or outside in their garden.
