Ppartment 6 is a light and airy stylish bolt hole enjoying high-ceilings, a great view and a fantastic location.

Only a short walk away from the town’s superb amenities – shops of every kind, pubs, restaurants, cafes, arts centre and bustling Quay – your needs will be well catered for.

And just a ten minute walk from the Quay will lead you to the town’s truly stunning wide-open beach, framed by colourful beach huts and sheltered by pine trees.

Perfect to escape to for a short or longer break at any time of the year, you will need to be reasonably fit to climb the two flights of stairs to the top floor of the house, and then again up to the bedroom on the mezzanine level within the apartment.

Although there is no garden area or designated off-street parking, there are no parking restrictions on The Buttlands or on many of the town’s quiet side streets, and the square’s spacious green is a lovely place to sit and read or enjoy a picnic.

Please be aware that Wells Carnival, held during the first week of August each year, holds daytime and evening events on The Buttlands.
