4 Harbour View has the most stunning views to the marshes and the sea beyond with direct access to the Norfolk Coast Path from the back garden.
The Experience
The property retains lots of original features including stripped wooden floorboards and latched doors. A homely, welcoming holiday home for up to 6 people.
Making it ideal for larger families or group of friends looking for a place to stay on the North Norfolk coast.
The sitting room, at the front of the house is a stylish and spacious bay fronted room with two comfy sofas and a fab open fire to cosy up to on those cooler evenings.
The kitchen is brand new and has everything you could need for your stay, with direct access to the garden and the rear or the property, making Al fresco dining a breeze, and dare we say it again…those amazing views of the salt marshes.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms and the family bathroom with a further twin bedroom on the top floor with a large velux and, yes those amazing views.
To the rear or the property is a very large garden running directly down to the marsh and Coast Path. A stunning place to sit in the evening.
There is parking for one car at the front of 4 Harbour View

Went with our grandchildren, daughter and son in law. The little ones loved their bedroom in the eves. there was everything you would need for a lovely holiday in the cottage. The location was perfect for all of us (crabbing, pub lunches, big breakfasts at Deepdale Cafe, beautiful sandy beaches and plenty of birding for my husband).

Brancaster Staithe, just a couple of minutes drive from Brancaster, bustles with sailors. Home to Brancaster Staithe Sailing Club, the harbour is a busy place. Fresh seafood and coffee can be had from the shed on the quay (in high season)or you can go up to The Jolly Sailors where children, muddy dogs and boots are welcomed.
For more formal dining The White Horse provides a spectacular view of the marshes where you can enjoy the local seafood whilst watching the tide come in over the creeks. The Fish Shed gives you the opportunity to take home some great local produce.
Kayaks and boats can be hired from Northshore Sport and Leisure. Brancaster Staithe is right on the Norfolk Coast Path. Fresh mussels can be bought on the quay direct from the fishermen, or try Mervyn in the village, he will have a sign out!
